Weetabix has its headquarters in Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 5JR. The site has a beautiful location, next to the River Ise on the western edge of Burton Latimer. The site is spread on a massive 75-acre site, right on the periphery of A14 junction with the A6. Weetabix produces around 3 billion breakfast biscuits in its Kettering site each year.

Job Roles
As a Production Operative, your role will include:
- Operating high-speed production lines
- Lifting products
- Housekeeping
- Maximizing output and yields
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are always adhered to
- Maintaining product quality standards
- Helping in achieving KPIs
As a Multi-Skilled Operator, your role will include:
- Monitoring and maintain packing machines
- Conducting quality and legality checks
- Communication between various departments
- Organising packaging orders
- Product changeovers
Pay Rates
Your pay rate will start from:
£14.89 per hour | Overtime rate will be £22.34 per hour
Your pay rate may go up to £19.76 per hour | Overtime rate will be £29.65 per hour
Shifts
Weetabix has a variety of shifts available:
- 12hr continental shift options are provided for all employees, with an average of 42 hours per week.
- 12 hr continental shift timings include 7am-7pm | 7pm-7am
