Job Roles
We have fantastic opportunities for Production Operatives across these sites.
Typical duties may include:
- Preparing and operating machinery on the production line
- Decorating, finishing, and packing cakes, pastries, or bread products
- Weighing and mixing ingredients
- Quality checking to ensure products meet high standards
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining hygiene standards
Roles often involve long periods of standing, working on a busy production line, and may include lifting ingredients or products. Depending on the department, you might also work in temperature-controlled environments.

Ideal Candidates
We’re looking for people who are:

In most cases, no previous experience in food production is required. Full training is provided.
