Salary: £12.45 to £20.55 per hour

Location: Andover, SP11 8EZ

Shift: Day shift only – 6:00am to 2:00pm

Shift Pattern: 10-week rolling rota (3 weekends off every 10 weeks)

Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing temporary (potential to go permanent)

ctrg is looking for reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Andover (SP11 8EZ), working at our client’s Co-op Distribution Centre.

You’ll be working in a chilled warehouse environment (2–5°C), with opportunities to work in the freezer area (-25°C) if preferred. This is a full-time role with consistent hours, excellent pay rates, and potential for permanent employment.

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing stock for store orders (frozen, chilled, and ambient goods)

• Handling meat and alcohol stock safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with cages and pallets

• Distributing goods to the correct warehouse zones

• Using voice-activated systems to accurately pick items

• Meeting performance targets and KPIs

• Working collaboratively as part of a productive warehouse team

• Operating manual handling equipment (LLOP) – full training provided

Day Shift (6am–2pm only):

• Weekdays: £12.45 per hour

• Weekends: £14.32 per hour

• Overtime (after 37.5 hrs/week): £18.68 – £20.55 per hour
