Pay Rates

- Weekly pay
- Extra £20 attendance bonus for Friday–Monday shift pattern

Shift Patterns
expand_more- Rotating weekly shifts (e.g. 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00)

Eligibility Criteria
expand_more- You must be over the age of 18
- You must be able to get to site (DN3 3FB) for the shift timings listed above
- You must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- You must be able to lift weights up to 15kg
- You must be able to prove your eligibility to work (present original copies of your ID)

When do I start and what are my shift times?

- Common full-time rotating shifts include:
- Sunday–Thursday: 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm
- Tuesday–Saturday: 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm
- Friday–Monday: 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm

What happens on my first day?

Sign in at reception and attend induction.
Step 2:
Receive Health & Safety and manual handling training.
Step 3:
Get your workwear and site information.

What is the training period like?
expand_more- First 5 days are mandatory training.
- Full attendance is required to continue your assignment.

Is workwear provided?
expand_more- Safety boots, hi-vis vest, black trousers, and 2 black t-shirts.
- You may wear your own plain black clothing and approved steel-toe footwear.
All workwear must be worn at all times.

Where can I store my belongings?
expand_more- Lockers available, please bring your own padlock.
- Please avoid bringing valuables, as they may get lost.

What facilities are in the canteen?
expand_more- Seating, microwaves, hot water, and vending machines.
- No hot food provided, please bring your own lunch.
- Nearest supermarket is 1 mile away.

What if I can’t attend my first day?
expand_more- Please report absence using the provided online form.
- Rebooking is not guaranteed, please attend as planned if possible.

Are there performance expectations?
expand_more- After training, you’ll have a 3-week period as a trainee.
- You must process at least 52 items per hour by weeks 5–6.
- Therefore, not meeting targets may end your assignment.
