Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Barnsley, S72 7GX

Pay Rates
expand_more- £12.21 per hour
- Weekly pay direct to your account
- Increased rates for overtime and night shifts
- Up to £3.50 per hour performance bonus (criteria applies)
- £20 attendance bonus for Friday – Monday PM shifts

Shift Patterns
expand_moreWe have various shift patterns available, including the following:
- Day shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Rotating Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Eligibility Criteria
expand_more- You must be over the age of 18
- You must be able to get to site (S72 7GX) for the shift timings listed above
- You must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- You must be able to lift weights up to 15kg
- You must be able to prove your eligibility to work (present original copies of your ID)

What happens on my induction day?

- The induction will take approximately 3 hours

Are there any ID requirements?
expand_moreYes, to confirm your Right to Work in the UK, you’ll need to provide one of the following, depending on your nationality:
UK Nationals:
A valid passport, or a UK birth/adoption/naturalisation certificate plus proof of permanent National Insurance number (e.g. P45, P60, NI Card, or Government agency letter).
Irish Nationals:
A valid passport or passport card, or an Irish birth/adoption certificate plus proof of permanent National Insurance number.
EU/EEA/Swiss Nationals with EU Settlement Status:
A Home Office ‘Share Code’ that will be checked by the employer.
Other Non-UK/Irish Nationals:
A Biometric Residence Permit card plus a Share Code, or
- A passport with valid UK visa,
- An Immigration Status Document plus proof of permanent National Insurance number,
- Confirmation of an application to remain in the UK (must be ECS-checked by the employer).

What is the training period like?
expand_moreFollowing successful completion of the induction, mandatory attendance is required for three days of training.

Is workwear provided?
expand_moreYou can wear comfortable clothing for your induction. Full details of the dress code will be provided on the day.

Where can I store my belongings?
expand_more- Lockers available, please bring your own padlock.
- Please avoid bringing valuables, as they may get lost.

What facilities are in the canteen?
expand_more- Seating, microwaves, hot water, and vending machines.
- Canteen serving hot and cold food.

What if I can’t attend my induction?
expand_moreIf you can’t attend your induction day, one of our team members will contact you and depending on the reason you may lose your opportunity to start work.
