Job Roles
We recruit for several key roles at Arla, including:
All roles require being on your feet for long periods and may involve working in cold environments, especially in warehousing and despatch areas.
You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and moving stock within the warehouse.
Tasks can involve:
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Operating pallet trucks
- Working in chilled or ambient environments
- Maintaining health and safety standards
Hygiene is a top priority in any food production environment. As a Cleaner, you’ll help maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the site.
Duties may include:
- Deep cleaning of production or warehouse areas
- Using specialist cleaning equipment
- Following strict hygiene protocols
Despatch Operatives play a crucial role in getting products out the door.
You’ll be:
- Preparing goods for delivery
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Ensuring accurate documentation and product handling
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for individuals who bring:
