Warehouse Operative – Milton Keynes (GXO)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our busy GXO site in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values safety, inclusivity, and performance.

Position Details

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Milton Keynes

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Shifts: AM Shift & PM Shift

Working Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting, organising and storing stock
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to achieve targets
• Meeting site KPIs and productivity targets

  Requirements
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet performance KPIs and targets
• Reliable and flexible with working days
• Good communication skills
