Job Description

Do you want to join a global logistics provider as a full time Recycling Warehouse Operative? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our ctrg team as a Warehouse Operative in Wakefield WF6 2XX.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Day shift: £12.21p/h | Night shift: £13.00p/h after 12 weeks £14.25

Typical hours as a Recycling Warehouse Operative:

• Day shift: 6AM-6PM
• Night Shift: 6PM-6AM
• Flexible shifts – typically 4 on 4 off, but this cannot be guaranteed
• Must be available to work weekends.

The Recycling Warehouse Operative role includes:

• Loading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt, the trays are unloaded at the other end and returned to the suppliers
• Unloading cages and trays from trailers, and taking them to a baling machine, where the cardboard and plastic is then pressed into bales, which come out at the other end
• You must enjoy physical work as you will be on your feet throughout the shifts.
