We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a full-time Warehouse Operative at their modern facility in Marston Gate. If you’re looking for a stable role with great pay, supportive training, and the potential for a permanent position – this could be the perfect fit!

💰 Pay & Benefits

Basic hourly rate: £13.10
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 40 hours per week
30-minute paid break

⏰ Working Hours

Tuesday – Saturday
14:00 – 22:00

📦 Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading goods
Moving and storing products
Palletising items
Managing inbound and outbound goods
Labelling products accurately
Maintaining records (paper-based or digital)
Following health & safety guidelines
Adhering to clean-as-you-go policies
Assisting with equipment upkeep
