We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative at the Castlewood depot, NG17 1JF.

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

Payrate for Day shift:

• £12.89 p/h on weekdays
• £14.83 p/h on weekends

Payrate for Afternoon shift:

• £14.32p/h on weekdays
• £16.77p/h on weekends

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• You will be working 5 days over 7, including weekends
• 37.5 hours per week
• All shifts require you to work 3 in 5 weekends
• Days shift – 06:00 until 14:00
• Afternoon shift – 14:00 until 22:00
• Night shift – 22:00 until 06:00

Your role as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment-Including Ambient/Chill (2 – 5 degrees Celsius)
• Operate LLOP MHE Machinery
• Personally, maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety is always conducted
• Achieve pick rate targets set for the team – 90%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
