Job title: Warehouse Operative
Pay rate: £12.89 to £21.27 per hour
Days: 3 Weeks rolling rota (Every 3 weeks Weekend Off)
Hours: 6am until 2pm, Full time only, Weekends included
Location: Andover, SP11 8EZ

ctrg is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives in Andover, SP11 8EZ. This role at Co-op Andover involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP)
• Pick/pack meat and alcohol
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
• Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
• Work in a team to achieve key targets
• Meet performance and productivity targets
• Pick items using a voice-activated system

Shift Details:

• Day shift : (6am – 2pm) £12.89 – £14.83 per hour
• Overtime £19.33 – £21.27 per hour after 37.5h

This ongoing temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidates, after a minimum of 12 weeks of service with ctrg. Enhanced benefits are available if successful in gaining a permanent role.
