We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Pallet repairer in Gray’s RM20 4XQ

Pay rates and typical working hours:

• Standard rate: £12.71 per hour
• Overtime rate: £19.01 per hour

Typical hours as a Pallet repairer:

You will be working 12-hour shifts, on a ‘4 on4 off’ basis. The shift consists of 2 days and 2 nights, spanning from 06:00 until 18:00 and 18:00 until 06:00

Your role as a full time pallet repairer:

• You will be working 12-hour shifts, on a ‘4 on4 off’ basis. The shift consists of 2 days and 2 nights, spanning from 06:00 until 18:00 and 18:00 until 06:00
• Your role as a full time pallet repairer:
• Restoring damaged LPR pallets, ensuring they meet LPR specifications and quality standards
• Manual pallet sort and restore (ability to work with hand tools and electric tools is essential)
• Automated pallet sort with specially designed equipment to reduce manual handling
• Loading and unloading pallets from trailers
• Responsible for achieving production deadlines and targets
• YOU MUST enjoy physical work
