Forklift Training at Fareshare Midlands
Delivering accredited FLT Training to the West Midlands
In January 2024, Challenge-trg Skills partnered with Fareshare to deliver fully funded forklift training to unemployed individuals in the West Midlands.
The training course is designed for those who have no previous experience in using rider-operated industrial reach lift trucks. On completion of the course, learners will achieve the basic operating skills test certificate and a guaranteed interview on completion.
FLT Academy
Our FLT Academy based at Fareshare Midlands in Birmingham, provides a logistics gateway programme which supports participants in accessing employment with major logistics companies.

We allocate mentors to help build resilience, confidence, and self-esteem for learners, and address the barriers to employment, providing skills and training to get people into work.
