Wigan Youth Zone is a state-of-the-art youth facility located in Wigan town centre. Since its opening in June 2013, it has provided young people aged 8 to 19 (up to 25 with additional needs) with a safe and inspiring environment to engage in various activities, develop new skills, and access support services. With facilities like climbing walls, music rooms, and sports pitches, Wigan Youth Zone empowers youth to reach their full potential.

Unseen is a UK-based charity working towards a world without slavery. They provide safehouses and support in the community for survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. Unseen also operates the UK Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline, offering a vital resource for victims and concerned individuals. Through advocacy, education, and partnerships, Unseen strives to eradicate modern slavery in all its forms.

Ride for Freedom harnesses the universal appeal of cycling to raise awareness, educate, and forge partnerships aimed at ending modern slavery. Their initiatives include the Freewheel programme, which provides survivors with cycling equipment and training, promoting rehabilitation and freedom. Additionally, their ‘Show A Red Card’ campaign collaborates with football clubs to highlight and combat human trafficking in sports.
