Performance Targets

Performance Expectations During Your Training and Probation Period

  • You will complete an initial 5-day training period (or 4 days if starting Friday–Monday).

  • After training, you will enter a 3-week trainee phase where you will be supported to steadily reach the required performance levels.

    The expected targets are:

    • Week 1: 15 items per hour (28%)
    • Week 2: 30 items per hour (58%)
    • Week 3: 35 items per hour (68%)
    • Week 4: 44 items per hour (84%)
  • By week 5 or 6, you are expected to consistently achieve the full performance target of at least 52 items per hour.

This will be assessed during your probation review, along with your attendance and general conduct.

Important

If you are unable to meet these performance standards by your probation review, your assignment with GXO ASOS may be ended.

Support Available
  • Please make every effort to understand and work towards these targets from day one.
  • If you have any questions or need extra support or training, speak to a member of the GXO training team or your ctrg onsite representatives — they are here to help.
